DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 25, 1986, is a legal holiday;

WHEREAS, the following day, Friday, December 26, 1986, may be declared a non-working special public holiday without detriment to the public interest.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, December 26, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday.1aшphi1
