DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 1986, A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, March 29, 1986, falls on a Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both non-working holidays.

WHEREAS, the said day March 29, 1986, may be declared non-working special public holiday without detriment to public service, to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the Lenten season;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 29, 1986, a non-working special public holiday throughout the country.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
