DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ANGELES CITY.

WHEREAS, December 8, 1986, signifies the foundation anniversary of Angeles City; and

WHEREAS, the city residents wish to mark this memorable day with fitting activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in Angeles City.
