DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 2, 1986, marks the 39th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Pasay; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of Pasay.1aшphi1
