DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND THE CITIES OF LIPA AND BATANGAS.

In commemoration of the 121st birth anniversary of the hero and patriot, General Miguel C. Malvar, the last Filipino general to surrender to the Americans during the Filipino-American War, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, September 27, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the Province of Batangas and the Cities of Lipa and Batangas.1aшphi1
