DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC.

WHEREAS, General Francisco Makabulos was one of the outstanding Filipino generals in the revolutionary wars against Spain and the United States; and

WHEREAS, the people of Tarlac, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate his 116th birthday anniversary on Wednesday, September 17, 1986, with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 17, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the Province of Tarlac.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
