DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO.

WHEREAS, Monday, September 1, 1986, marks the 77th Charter Anniversary of Baguio City; and

WHEREAS, the people thereof desire to celebrate, with fitting ceremonies, this milestone in the history of their city;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 1, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of Baguio.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
