DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA.

WHEREAS, August 20, 1986, marks the 25th anniversary foundation of the City of Lucena; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Lucena City should be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 20, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of Lucena.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
