DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS.

WHEREAS, the 47th Foundation Anniversary of the City of General Santos falls on Thursday, February 27, 1986; and

WHEREAS, the people therein desire to commemorate this milestone in the history of their city with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 27, 1986, as a non-working special public holiday in the City of General Santos.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
