DECLARING THE KARAGAN VALLEY RESETTLEMENT PROJECT IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE AS A CIVIL RESERVATION EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE MANSAKA AND MANDAYA TRIBES AND OTHER CULTURAL MINORITIES

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and with the concurrence of the Minister of Agrarian Reform and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, hereby declare the Karagan Valley Resettlement Project in the Municipalities of San Mariano, Maco and Mabini, Province of Davao del Norte as a civil reservation exclusively for settlement by, and disposition to, the Mansaka and Mandaya Tribes and other cultural Minorities, subject to private rights, if any.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
