[ Proclamation No. 16, June 23, 1986 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1986, AS ” TAGBILARAN CITY DAY.”

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1986, marks the foundation anniversary of the City of Tagbilaran; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tagbilaran desire to commemorate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1986, as “Tagbilaran City Day.” The day however, shall be a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
