DECLARING SEPTEMBER 3, 1985, AS “IRIGA CITY DAY”.

WHEREAS, September 3rd marks the 17th Charter Anniversary of Iriga City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Iriga City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 3, 1985, as “Iriga City Day”. The day, however, shall be a non-working day.
