EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE MGA LINGKOD BAYAN UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1986

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 2217 dated July 3, 1982, as amended by Proclamation No. 2243, dated November 19, 1982, and Proclamation No. 2309, dated September 14, 1983, authorized Mga Lingkod Bayan to conduct a national and educational fund campaign up to December 31, 1984;

WHEREAS, Mga Lingkod Bayan needs more time to raise funds to further its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of Mga Lingkod Bayan up to December 31, 1986 under the same terms and conditions as provided in Proclamation No. 2217 dated July 3, 1982, as amended by Proclamation No. 2243 dated November 19, 1982 and Proclamation No. 2309 dated September 14, 1983.1aшphi1
