DECLARING MARCH 16, 1985 (ARAW NG DABAW) AS SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO.

WHEREAS, March 16, 1985, marks the 48th Foundation Anniversary of Davao City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Davao City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare March 16, 1985, as special public non-working holiday in Davao City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
