PROCLAMATION NO. 2186

ESTABLISHING AS CALATRAVA-SAN ANDRES-SAN AGUSTIN WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CALATRAVA, SAN ANDRES AND SAN AGUSTIN, TABLAS ISLAND, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED IN THE BFD MAP W.R.-51.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish as Calatrava-San Andres-San Agustin Watershed Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future precise survey and delimitation, the parcel of land of the public domain identified in the BFD Map LC-660, certified on May 21, 1827 as Timberland Blocks E and G, Project No. 1 of San Agustin and Calatrava and Blocks D and E, Project No. 4 of San Andres including certain portions of alienable or disposable Block 1, Project No. 1 and Blocks 1 and 11, Project No. 4 of the same municipalities, which portions are now reverted to the category of forest land, as shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forest Development Map W.R.-15, established primarily for watershed, soil protection and for other purposes order the administration and control of the Bureau of Forest Development who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said timber and forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. Subject forest reserve contain an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy (2,670) hectares, more or less.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
