PROCLAMATION NO. 2087

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO. 150 DATED APRIL 17, 1937 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SOUTHERN ILOCOS NORTE FOREST RESERVE, A PARCEL OF LAND THEREIN AND TO ESTABLISH THE SAME AS NUEVA ERA STOCKFARM AND BREEDING STATION CIVIL RESERVATION AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED ON THE BUREAU OF FOREST DEVELOPMENT MAP CR-210, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NUEVA ERA, ILOCOS NORTE, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby set aside as Nueva Era Stockfarm and Breeding Station Civil Reservation for the residents of Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte, the parcel of land containing an area of approximately 47.0 hectares, situated in the Municipality of Nueva Era, Province of Ilocos Norte as shown on the attached BFD Map CR-210, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” identical to corner 4 of Alienable or Disposable Block-XVII, LC Project No. 12-B being S. 76º E, 140 meters to corner 2, Duhat 40 cm. diameter;

Thence N 89ºE, 240 meters to corner 3, Akleng Parang 20 cm. diameter;

Thence S 63 ºE, 340 meters to corner 4, Akleng Parang 20 cm. diameter;

Thence S 18ºE, 340 meters to corner 5, Binayuyu 30 cm. diameter;

Thence S 59ºW, 270 meters to corner 6, Bio 25 cm. diameter;

Thence S 86ºW, 140 meters to corner 7, Balinghasay 25 cm. diameter;

Thence S 86ºW, 340 meters to corner 8, Balinghasay 30 cm. diameter;

Thence N 40ºW, 300 meters to corner 9, Balinghasay 20 cm. diameter;

Thence N 20ºE., 100 meters to corner 10, Balinghasay 20 cm. diameter;

Thence N 04ºW, 100 meters to corner 11, Molave 25 cm. diameter;

Thence N 04ºW., 120 meters to corner 12, Adaan 40 cm. diameter;

Thence N 31ºE., 190 meters to corner 1, Sagatsat 30 cm. diameter the point of beginning.

The reservation shall be under the administration of the Sangguniang Bayan of Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte.

The utilization of forest products found in the area shall remain to be subject to Forestry and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.

The area shall automatically revert to its former status as forest reserves in the event that the same is no longer needed by the said Sangguniang Bayan as Nueva Era Stockfarm and Breeding Station purposes.ᇈWᑭHIL
