MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 2008 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 71, SERIES OF 1925 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BUREAU OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS WIRELESS STATION SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, ISLAND OF PALAWAN, A PORTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT AND FOR EXCHANGE PURPOSES PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 926 WITH THE PROPERTY OF JOSE RODRIGUEZ SITUATED IN THE SAME CITY AND EXPROPRIATED BY THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT FOR AIRPORT PURPOSES. Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 71, series of 1925, which established the wireless station site reservation situated in the City of Puerto Princesa, island of Palawan, a portion of 1,792 square meters, more or less, of the parcel of land embraced therein, identified as Lot No. 164, Cad. 37, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act and, together with portions of Lots 193 and 195, Cad. 37, for exchange purposes pursuant to Republic Act No. 926 with the property of Jose Rodriguez situated in the same City which was expropriated by the National Government for airport purposes, all of which parcels of land contain a total area of 2,002 square meters, more or less, as described and shown crosshatched in red in the attached sketch plan.ℒαwρhi৷ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
