[ Memorandum Order No. 75, August 31, 1967 ]

REVOKING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 71 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JULY 31, 1967, AND RESTRICTING PASSAGE THROUGH THE SIDE DOOR, AND THE DOORS OF THE PALACE KITCHEN AND PANTRY.

Memorandum Order No. 71 of this Office dated July 31, 1967, is hereby revoked. For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following restrictions in the passage through certain doors of the Malacañang Palace have been imposed:

(1) Entry to the Palace proper of any officials, including those listed in the aforementioned Memorandum Order No. 71, shall be through the Palace front door.1aшphi1

(2) The Palace side door shall be for the exclusive use of the members of the First Family; when not in use, it shall be kept closed.

(3) Only Malacañang Household officials and employees, Malacañang Engineer’s Office servicemen and Presidential Security personnel shall be allowed to enter the Palace kitchen and pantry, during their tour of duty therein, and the doors thereof shall remain closed

to all others, except in cases of such urgency as may be determined by the Chief of the Presidential Security Unit or the Commandant of the Presidential Guards Battalion.

The Provost Officer and Commandant of the Presidential Guards Battalion shall see to it that the above-mentioned restrictions are strictly complied with.
