CREATING A COMMITTEE TO RE-STUDY THE SALARY SCHEME IN NATIONAL OFFICES.

 In view of the existence of several laws providing a for salary increases of employees In particular government offices beyond the rates prescribed under the WAPCO Pay Plan, there has arisen a need to re-standardize the national offices- of-the government service. For this purpose, there is hereby created a committee composed of the following:

Hon. Fernando Dizon, Deputy Commissioner of the Budget  Chairman
Mr. Tomas Flores, Director, Wage Position Classification Office  Member
Mr. Alipio Buenaventura, Executive Director, Civil Service Commission
Mr. Fernando C. Santico, President, Confederation of Government, Employees Organizations (COGEO)  “
Mr. Thomas Cabrias, President, Philippine Government Employees Association
Mr. Romeo F. Edu, Commissioner, Land Transportation Commission
Mr. Jeremias R. Flores, Staff Secretary, Executive Office Executive Secretary

The Committee shall immediately organize itself and hold meetings as often as practicable to carry out its task within the shortest possible time. It shall submit to the President a report on its study together with its recommendation and draft of implementing legislation.
