MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 155, April 14, 2008 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN CENTRAL LUZON REGION IN IBP's REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Central Luzon Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on June 5 to 7, 2008 at the Lagenda Hotel, El Centro, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City. In this connection, all government lawyers in Central Luzon Region (Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Pangsinan, Tarlac and Zambales) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
