AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN BICOLANDIA REGION IN IBP's REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Bicolandia Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on May 22 to 24, 2008 at the Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.1âшphi1

In this connection, all government lawyers in Bicolandia Region (Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Cantanduanes, Masbate and Sorsogon) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
