Memorandum Circular No. 140 August 17, 2007	Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by Typhoon “Egay”, work in government offices in the National Capital Region is hereby suspended on Friday, August 17, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. onwards.
Memorandum Circular No. 139 August 15, 2007	Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by Typhoon “Egay”, work in government offices in the National Capital Region is hereby suspended on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. onwards.
