[ Memorandum Circular No. 15, October 14, 1998 ]

In view of the continuous rains and strong winds caused by supertyphoon “Iliang”, work in all government offices, including government owned and controlled corporations, are hereby suspended effective 3:00 o’clock p.m. today. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal workforce to continue their operations.1âшphi1

This Circular takes effect immediately.
