DIRECTING THE ATTENDANCE AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF ENERCON OFFICERS/ COORDINATORS IN THE WORKSHOP ON ELECTRIC ENERGY CONSERVATION

Pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 1018, establishing an efficient system to monitor the full implementation and progress of the government Energy Conservation Program, the Inter-Agency Committee on Electric Power Conservation (GPEC), in cooperation with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) will conduct a Workshop on Electric Energy Conservation for Government Ministries and government owned or controlled corporations on 10 December 1981 at the Center for Non-Conventional Energy Development (Noncon Center), Diliman, Quezon City. The Workshop will evaluate the implementation of LOI No. 1018 and will require all Enercon Officers to report on the Enercon Programs of each Ministry/Government Corporation.

All heads of ministries and government owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to allow their duly designated Enercon Officers/Coordinators to actively participate in the aforementioned Workshop.1aшphi1 Participating Enercon Officers/Coordinators shall be entitled to ordinary transportation expenses and reasonable allowances, chargeable against the funds of their respective ministries subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing procedures.

All heads of ministries and government owned or controlled corporations and their respective Enercon Officers/Coordinators are hereby directed to give their full support and active participation in this Workshop.
