REQUIRING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE LUNETA ON JUNE 30, ON THE OCCASION OF THE INAUGURATION OF HIS EXCELLENCY, THE PRESIDENT OF THE NEW REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES.

The inauguration of His Excellency, the President of the new Republic of the Philippines, on June 30, 1981 is an historic event of transcendental importance in the life of our country and people. It is, therefore, fitting and proper that this event be witnessed by our countrymen.1aшphi1

Accordingly, all heads of ministries, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to send their officials and employees to the Luneta on June 30, 1981 to witness the inauguration of His Excellency, the President of the new Republic of the Philippines.

A report shall be submitted to this Office on the implementation of this Circular by all concerned.
