MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 1213, May 7, 1981 ] DIRECTING THE SUBMISSION OF ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT THROUGH THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF Pursuant to the instructions of the President, all ministries, offices and agencies of the government, including government-owned and -controlled corporations, are hereby directed to submit their accomplishment reports. The reports shall cover the period 1972-1980 and shall follow the attached formats comprehensively highlighting the achievements on the development programs and projects implementation supported by statistics and success indicators on provincial basis. The reports mentioned above shall be submitted to the Office of the President through the Presidential Management Staff not later than May 12, 1981.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
