AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE DIFFERENT MINISTRIES, BUREAUS AND AGENCIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS IN THE OPENING CEREMONIES OF THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION ON HUMAN SETTLEMENTS.

The Fourth Session of the United Nations Commission on Human Settlements will hold its Opening Ceremonies at the Plenary Session Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center on April 27, 1961, at 10:00 a.m., with the President and the First Lady delivering the keynote and welcome addresses, respectively.1aшphi1

Considering the significance of this international conference to the program thrust of the New Society relevant to its humanitarian projects from which people in government would particularly benefit, all ministries, bureaus and offices of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby enjoined to send to the opening ceremonies of the conference at least 100 officials and employees each who are based in Metro Manila.
