[ Memorandum Circular No. 690, December 3, 1973 ]

AUTHORIZING LEGAL OFFICERS OF THE DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT OFFICES AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO ATTEND A “LECTURE SERIES ON THE 1973 CONSTITUTION”.

The U.P. Law Center is holding a “Lecture Series on the 1973 Constitution” at the U.P. Law Center in Diliman, Quezon City, on December 3-6, 1973.

All Legal Officers of the different government offices as well as government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to attend the lecture on official time with expenses for transportation and other expenses incident thereto chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 dated August 8, 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the lecture within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
