MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 683, November 26, 1973 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN THE 9TH BIENNIAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL WORKERS. The Philippine Association of Social Workers will hold its 9th Biennial Convention on November 28-30, 1973, at the Philamlife Auditorium, on the theme: “SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN NATION BUILDING.” The Department of Social Welfare, as well as other public agencies, is hereby authorized to send their social workers to the said convention on official time. The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
