AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF GEODETIC ENGINEERS IN THE DIFFERENT AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE 8TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF GEODETIC ENGINEERS.

The Philippine Association of Geodetic Engineers will hold its 8th National Convention in Davao City from November 29 to December 2, 1973, which will feature, among other things, a seminar on land reform and lectures intended to acquaint all geodetic engineers in the government and private sectors of the latest techniques employed to hasten the lot identification, mapping and registration of all farm lands in the Philippines.

In view of the relevance of the subject to be taken up during the convention to our present land reform program, all heads of departments, bureaus and offices are hereby authorized to send one representative (geodetic engineers) each to the 8th National Convention of the Philippine Association of Geodetic Engineers, with reasonable expenses for transportation, subsistence and convention fees, if any, chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar within fifteen (15) days after the convention.1âшphi1
