AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT BUDGET ADMINISTRATORS IN THE CONVENTION-SEMINAR SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION FOR GOVERNMENT BUDGET ADMINISTRATION, INC. (PAGBA)

The Philippine Association for Government Budget Administration, Inc. (PAGBA) will sponsor a convention-seminar on the theme, “Redirecting the Budget Toward the Goals of the New Society” to be held in Tagaytay City on November 8-11, 1973.

All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send their respective budget and fiscal officers and other employees involved in budget and fiscal administration, who are PAGBA members, to the convention-seminar on official time with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging as well as seminar fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds, and the usual accounting and auditing requirements

The participants shall submit together to their respective office heads a report of their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
