AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE REFRESHER COURSE FOR GRADUATES OF THE PHILIPPINE EXECUTIVE ACADEMY.

The Philippine Executive Academy (PEA) of the University of the Philippines, in conjunction with its Alumni Association, better known as the APEX, will conduct its Second Follow-Through Course from December 2 to 6, 1973 at the Pines Hotel, Baguio City.

This year’s course is being held for the purpose of updating the former participants of PEA on the latest approaches and skills in executive management especially in the context of the new administrative environment and what, individually and collectively, the alumni can do to contribute to national development.

In line with the Administration’s objectives of reinforcing the capabilities of our executives from the government and private business and industry in the promotion of economic and social development and encouraging free exchange of ideas and work experiences among themselves with a view to further appreciating vital elements of leadership in government and business, this Office hereby authorizes government executives who are graduates of the Philippine Executive Academy to attend the course on official business with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and course fees chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 dated August 8, 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the course within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
