AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRD ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGES LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES.

The Municipal Judges League of the Philippines will hold its Third Annual Convention-Seminar in Manila on November 10-17, 1973, on the theme “The New Role of Inferior Courts Under The New Society.”

Municipal judges are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on official time and their expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging and convention fees shall be charged against the ?210,000.00 authorized under paragraph 3, Special Provisions of the Municipal Courts of Presidential Decree No. 233, which has been released by the Budget Commission under Advice of Allotment No. E-2-1-02 dated August 3, 1973, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 dated August 8, 1972.

The participants shall submit a report on their attendance in the convention to the Judicial Consultant of the Supreme Court of the Philippines within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
