AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE NATIONAL SEMINAR ON BROADCAST COMMUNICATION OF THE RURAL BROADCAST COUNCIL

The Rural Broadcasters Council, in coordination with the Public Affairs Service of the Department of Public Information, will conduct a national seminar on broadcast communication on June 28-30, 1973 in Cagayan de Oro City.

The main feature of the seminar will be discussions on the role of rural broadcasters in community relations, peace and order and community development, particularly as these relate to the effective dissemination of information to the people living in far-flung areas of the country.

In view of the importance of the above undertaking, all heads of departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to send to the Seminar members of the Council and other government information officers assigned in Mindanao and Sulu. The delegates to the Seminar shall be entitled to transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees chargeable against the appropriation of their respective agencies, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The delegates shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance within 30 days after the convention.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷
