AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 5 DATED JANUARY 13, 1966.

For the information and guidance of all concerned, Memorandum Circular No. 5 of this Office dated January 13, 1966, urging attendance in the Convention of the Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc. (BUDIRAS), is hereby amended so as to change the date of the convention from March 3-5, 1966 to March 2-4, 1966.1âшphi1
