AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT TASK FORCE TO CONDUCT FIELD INSPECTION TRIPS TO THE SITES OF FOREIGN-FINANCED PROJECTS

To obtain first-hand information on the progress of work in the various foreign-financed projects of the Government, the Presidential Management Task Force is hereby authorized to Conduct field inspection trips in accordance with the following schedule:

In every inspection trip, a member of the Cabinet or Congress shall be invited to accompany the Task Force in order to acquaint him with actual field conditions.
