AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 61 DATED JULY 27, 1966, REGARDING THE SEMINAR ON “THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTANTS TOWARDS AN EFFECTIVE FISCAL ADMINISTRATION.”

Memorandum Circular No. 61 of this Office dated 27, 1966, authorizing the attendance of government accountants, heads of accounting units and others concerned in a seminar on “The Role of Government Accountants Towards An Effective Fiscal Administration,” is hereby amended so as to authorize, subject to the applicable terms and conditions set forth therein, the attendance of all members of the Association of Government Accountants of the Philippines, Inc. (AGAP) provided that the number of members attending from each agency shall be subject to the discretion of the agency head concerned; that no observers shall be allowed to attend on official tine or at government expense; and that the limitation of not more than two participants from each agency shall apply only to those who are not members of the said Association.1âшphi1
