[ Memorandum Circular No. 66, August 11, 1966 ]

REQUIRING ALL CONCERNED TO IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO THIS OFFICE PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE LIAISON OFFICERS OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.

With the exception of the Civil Service Commission and the Wage and Position Classification Office, this Office has no liaison officers with the various agencies of the government.1âшphi1 In cases, therefore, where there are persons who claim to be such liaison officers and are following up official papers, the matter should immediately be reported to this Office to enable it to take such steps against the parties involved as may be warranted by the circumstances.

All heads of departments, bureaus said offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to bring this matter to the attention of the officials and employees under them for their information and guidance.
