URGING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICES TO ASSEMBLE AT THE ROUTE OF THE MOTORCADE OF THE VISITING PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM.

His Excellency, Nguyen Cao Ky, Prime Minister of the Republic of Vietnam, will make on official visit to the Philippine on August 10-15, 1966.

The distinguished guest and his entourage are expected at the Manila International Airport (MIA) on Wednesday, August 10th, at 10:00 a.m. after which the Prime Minister, accompanied by the President, will lead a motorcade passing through Tambo Street, right to Quirino Avenue, left to Airport Road, right to Roxas Boulevard, right to T. N. Kalaw Street, left at Agrifina Circle, right to Ayala Avenue, right to General Solano Street then proceed to J.P. Laurel Street and right to Malacaņang Palace.

All heads of departments and chief of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations which are located near the thoroughfares to be taken by the motorcade are hereby directed to dismiss their officials and employees at 9:30 a.m. on August 10, 1966, for the purpose of enabling at places along the motorcade route nearest their offices as a gesture of warn welcome to the distinguished visitor. They shall turn to office immediately after the entourage has passed on.1âшphi1
