DETAIL OF PERSONNEL OR AGENTS OF INVESTIGATIVE AND POLICE AGENCIES TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES OR AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES.

Effective immediately, all assignments or detail for any period of time of personnel or agents of investigative and police agencies of the government, including the Armed Forces of the Philippines, to different departments, offices, agencies or instrumentalities of the government, including congressional committee, must first be coursed through the Office of the President for clearance.1âшphi1
