URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. (BURIDAS)

The Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc., will held a Convention on March 3-5, 1966, at the Social Security System, East Avenue, Quezon City, on the theme “Progressive Administrative Management of Governmental Affairs in Making a Great Nation.”

The selection of this theme is a manifestation of the Association’s desire to re-awaken in us the need for our administrative managerial capacities and responsibilities in keeping with, and in response to, the demands of public service in a nation designed to be great.

All chiefs or bureaus, commissions, offices, corporations and other officials who are members of the BURIDAS, are hereby authorized to attend the Convention of official time and with expenses for transportation and conference fees in connection therewith chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1

The participants shall submit to their department heads a report on their attendance within fifteen days after the convention.
