URGING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICES TO ASSEMBLE AT THE ROUTE OF THE MOTORCADE OF THE VISITING PRIME MINISTER OF THAILAND.

His Excellency, Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, will make an official visit to the Philippines on March 2-4, 1966.

The distinguished guest and his entourage are expected at the Manila International Airport (MIA) on March 2nd, at 5:00 p.m., after which the Prime Minister, accompanied by the President, will lead a motorcade passing through Tambo Street, right to Quirino Avenue, right to Taft Avenue, straight to Plaza Lawton, right to MacArthur Bridge, proceed to Rizal Avenue, right to Recto Avenue, and straight to M. : la Bridge; after crossing Mendiola Bridge, proceed to Mendiola Street, right to Jose P. Laurel, Sr. Avenue, rind left to Gate No. 4, Malacañang.

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations which are located near the thoroughfares to be taken by the motorcade are hereby directed to dismiss their officials and employees at 4:00 p.m. on March 2, 1966, for the purpose of assembling at places along the motorcade route nearest their offices as a gesture of warm welcome to the distinguished visitor.1âшphi1
