MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 152, January 15, 1990 ] CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF CONSTITUTION DAY ON FEBRUARY 2, 1990 AND CONSTITUTION WEEK ON FEBRUARY 2-8, 1990 Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create a National Committee, hereinafter referred to as the Committee, to take charge of the celebration of Constitution Day on February 2, 1990 and Constitution Week on February 2-8, 1990. The Committee shall be composed of the following: HON. CECILIA MUÑOZ PALMA Chairman President of the 1986 Constitutional Commission HON. ADOLFO S. AZCUNA Co-Chairman Presidential Spokesman and Member, 1986 Constitutional Commission HON. ISIDRO CARIÑO Member Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports HON. LUIS T. SANTOS Member Secretary of Local Government HON. FIDEL V. RAMOS Member Secretary of National Defense HON. CHRISTIAN S. MONSOD Member Private Sector Representative and Member, 1986 Constitutional Commission The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman or in her absence the Co-Chairman and for purposes of discharging its functions, it may create such sub-committees as may be necessary. The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office or agency or instrumentality of the government including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its functions.
